I thought this book was a fascinating look at how our screens have taken over our lives and ruined our ability to focus on what we would probably all agree is most important. Big Tech companies have moved well past clever marketing techniques and now dive deep into our personal information because we have given them permission. Unfortunately they are using this information to drive our behavior and our decisions. At times it is depressing to see how much we have given up. But it is also critical that we see those things so we can know how to change. If you have ever thought that maybe you should spend less time looking at your screen, this is book worth reading.
