I came across this recommendation randomly on Facebook and it is one of, if not the, most influential books I have ever read. Solve for Happy came to me at a time when I desperately needed it. It’s tough to describe my state of mind at the time, but I was not in a good place mentally or emotionally. Despite having a happy marriage, five great kids, a rewarding profession, and an overall filling life, I lacked true understanding of what was important. Over the years I had made slow progress towards a more peaceful inner state, and Solve for Happy was the first step on that journey.

Well done!! I’m looking forward to reading more of these books. Ben just told me he was going to start a new book rec’d by you, and it’s the same book I am listening to now: “The Invention of Wings.” Have you read “The Book of Longings,” by Kidd?

The Invention of Wings is amazing! It was one of the first books I read about slavery and I was blown away by the courage of the Grimke sisters. I hope you guys love it. And thanks for taking the time to read
