I totally rolled the dice on this book when I clicked on the Audible download button. I loved it though. It was really my first introduction to meditation and makes a compelling argument for how it can make you legitimately 10% happier. While I have struggled to establish a consistent meditation practice I do see it as a way to improve your state of mind and live more fully in the present. The chapter on his visit to the meditation retreat is laugh-out-loud funny. I think this book is definitely worth a listen (the audiobook is narrated by the author and I think he does a nice job)!
